Steampunk Challenge! Concept 1

I recently entered the latest challenge on CGSociety(our old CGTalk) with a few other New and old Classmates of mine(5 to be exact)

I thought I should post my share of work here.

This is a rough Idea of how one of the Secondary Characters will look like.(Head is not shown in there)
I'll upload more once I'm somewhat happy with the results.
